With what you have you could apply to a secretary position, administrative assistant, clerical for any type of store. I would go for a secretary/data-entry/admin. assistant because they are more professional, they pay better, and they have good benefits.

You want to be a clerical worker when you have so much to offer?!

For one, you completed catering and gourmet cooking. That’s a huge one. Try a catering company. Try a hotel.

Also, DO NOT SELL YOURSELF SHORT! You have more to offer than being a receptionist. I bet you have more skills then that.

I would try to hire a professional who works with those in a career change. They can make your resume look AMAZING.

You might want to add what your responsibilities were and how long you were employed at each particular job.

Also, you might want to go through a Temp agency, with the understanding that you are seeking full-time employment.

Good Luck

Well you’re resume isn’t very good. Do you at least look good? You might want to think about becoming an “Escort”. You can make a lot of money and there isn’t much work involved.

There are lots of entry level administrative jobs that you qualify for. I would go through a job assistance or temp service requesting permanent placement. They should have no problem placing you based on your experience. Good luck!

I would change the objective for each different kind of position. If you are applying for a receptionist job, make that the objective.

Also, put most recent job first, not last.

Be prepared to explain why you are not working now.

Receptionist, Secretary, File Clerk, are possibilities.

Check out the sample resume below. The most recent work experience should be on top and follow a chronological order. Education section should be on top of the work experience. For the work experience, you should add descriptions for each position. Follow the sample as much as possible to, and maybe download the template from this page.
You should have no problem getting jobs if you clean up your resume. good luck.
